Mary Jo provided a stellar service in selling my home. She is such an awesome person. Her response turn around is unbelievable, she was very responsive and friendly. She was constantly updating me with the status of the contract and looked out for our best interest. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again on any future realty transactions. I have to tell you I have never found anyone as sincere and real as Mary Jo. She is quick to return calls, and you always gets the most recent listings when looking for a house. I called a number on a sign in front of a house; it turns out the house was not available, but she took the time to talk to someone who had no promise of making a deal. She set me up with a finance person to see what I qualified for, and was with me every step of the way. We went through a ton of homes and she was determined for me to find the right home for me. She is kind and genuine; most agents really care about the deal, and are not as concerned with the clients-- MJ does not care about the deal. When we sat down to close, I felt bad because her commission did not match the effort she put in. When it came time to sell my house, she was just as dedicated to me her client. I tell everyone if you want someone you can trust, you need to go with Mary Jo, because her integrity and honesty is what makes her the most successful.

Our home buying experience with Mary Jo was the best home buying experience we have encountered. The process was smooth and Mary Jo took care of everything. I highly recommend Mary Jo, and will personally use her for any selling our buying we do in the future.

We used Mary Jo and Mike for our relocation to the Phoenix area. I have moved several times with my job, and by far, this was my best experience with real estate agents. Mary Jo returned all my calls and texts immediately and treated my wife and me like we were her only clients. We highly recommend Mary Jo and Mike if you are looking for experienced, professional and responsive agents!! The best!

Mary Jo has helped me buy and sell my first home and just finished helping my fiance and I buy our next home! There is a reason that I keep coming back to Mary Jo - it is because she is simply the best. Why is Mary Jo the best? Let me count the ways: 1. If you are home buyer - you want Mary Jo in your corner. She thinks one step ahead of you and she wants to put you in a home that she can sell for you someday as your needs change. She notices things that a buyer caught up in the excitement of house shopping might not notice. Her attention to detail is the reason my first home sold in LESS than ten days on the market. Yes, you read that correctly - TEN DAYS - in 2012! Not only will Mary Jo help you find the home of your dreams, she will make sure that if your needs change that she can help sell and find your next home. 2. Mary Jo is an unflappable negotiator she will not make offers that are unreasonable and she will price your house perfectly. She is excellent at writing contracts. I never needed to worry if something was going to come through. It just did because Mary Jo works harder than you can possibly imagine. She and Mike are a complete dream team. 3. Mary Jo treats you like a personal friend or family member. She calms you down if you are a worrier, protects your best interests and will celebrate and jump for joy with you when your transaction is complete. She always follows up to make sure the smallest of details are completed to your satisfaction. 4. There is no one else I would ever choose to be on my side during a real estate transaction. I could go on forever, but you are probably already calling Mary Jo. If you aren't already dialing her phone number you should be.

Mary Jo was a true pleasure to work with. This was our first home sale and we had numerous questions along the way. Mary Jo was extremely responsive to answer our endless questions morning, afternoon or evening. We used text, email, phone, esign documentation whatever worked and was most effective at that point in time. Mary Jo knew the market well and did a great job in giving us a balanced view using data and options to think about, but in the end letting us make the decisions of how we wanted to proceed. I would highly recommended Mary Jo to others (already have to some of my friends/co-workers) The buying and selling process can be very stressful and having an experienced, responsive realtor on your side truly helps.

My wife and I moved to Az. from Nebraska and my nephew recommended Mary Jo and Mike Santistevan to us prior to the move. We came months in advance of the move and they showed us several home in locations that would fit our requirements. Unfortunately we did not purchase a home during our visit, but Mary Jo and Mike learned so much about us that they created a portal for us to see current and all new listings that fit our criteria on a personal level. As we found homes we were interested in they worked as a team to provide us with "Face Time" viewing of the home and a immediate follow-up call to discuss any items which may have been a concern for us not having the ability to see it in person. I could go on but to make a long story short, we found the perfect home and are now living a "dream life" in sunny Maricopa, Az. I would and will highly recommend this team of dedicated, innovative, integrity driven individuals. They truly have all the abilities and skills of a team that others would do well to emulate.

I was given many options for service providers through my firm, in the sale of my home for a relocation. Right off the bat, Mary Jo was able to provide market confidence and personal comfort through out the process. Through her vast network of support, Mary Jo was able to provide absolutely any service needed to ensure the home was transaction-ready! Emails and phone calls were returned so quickly, regardless of the day or night. I was able to relocate and get comfortable in my new digs, knowing that Mary Jo had my home and it was in good hands. The real win was Mary Jo's personal touch. I don't believe I anticipated the emotional 'letting go' of my home. She became a friend in the process. The words trust, comes to mind. I met Mary Jo a long time ago during one of her Open House showings and instantly the perfect realtor was created in my mind. We were looking for a house for the better part of a year. We really appreciated Mary Jo's patience and understanding in seeing the process through to purchase of our home. She was quick to return calls, answer questions and advise us on matters concerning buying. She contacted us regularly to keep us informed about all transactions. Mary Jo made sure that paper work was in order , deadlines were met, and our closing went smoothly. We enjoyed working with her.

We want to thank her for her thoughtfulness, too. Her help with ensuring all items on inspection report were corrected or completed to our satisfaction was outstanding.

We have been telling our family and friends about the great service we received from Mary Jo and we'll continue to recommend her agency in the future.

We hired Mary Jo upon moving to Phoenix based on a recommendation and we couldn't have been happier. Mary Jo is very knowledgeable about the local area and although we certainly weren't her only client she sure made us feel like we were with her responsiveness to our many questions and inquiries. Mary Jo set us up to receive automatic feeds on new listing which was awesome and kept us up to date on new properties to view. Mary Jo is very experienced in the market and is a strong ally in negotiations. Highly recommend her.

After having worked with multiple realtors, I can say Mary Jo is hands down the best! She is reliable, organized, responsible and trustworthy. You have to trust your realtor and they have to be organized and willing to fight for your best interest and she will do that when others will back out or lead you in the wrong direction that is in their best interest. She will be available to you at all hours even though she has her own life. I wish they had a Mary Jo in every city! Don't hesitate in allowing her to assist you in your real estate needs.

I met Mary Jo while looking for a condo to rent. She was very attentive and thorough as she assisted me in my search. I was able to find a beautiful place which suited my needs perfectly. She was there from start to finish. After 2 years of renting, I decided to buy a home. I called on Mary Jo once again. Mary Jo spent countless hours on the phone and driving about the city to help me find the home of my dreams. I did and couldn't be happier! Our relationship continues as a result and I often refer her to friends and family when they looking for a home. Mary Jo is a busy gal but in my search for a home, I always felt as if I was the only client she was working with. Mary Jo is an expert in her field and I feel lucky that our paths have crossed. There are many real estate agents in this city, but finding the right one can be a challenge. Mary Jo Santisteven is professional and understands the real estate business. I highly recommend her.
