San Tan Ranch Seller
I didn't really know Jim or Pam when we decided to sell our home. We got their flyers every month and I had met Jim at local car shows in the San Tan Ranch barn park. He seemed like a nice guy to me. We decided to move back home to Missouri and I decided to give Jim a call on Memorial Day weekend. I didn't think he would answer the call and I thought I would leave a message for him to call me back after the holiday. He answered the call and I explained who I was and where I lived in San Tan Ranch and told him I was thinking about selling my home. He asked several questions. One was if I knew what my house was worth. I had a ballpark figure that I got off Zillow. He said right away he thought we could do better than that. He said let me do some research and could we meet together the next day if that was convenient for us or we could meet after the holiday. We met the next day and started the listing. True to his word he did his research and came up with the fair market value of our property and it was about $35k better than Zillow's price. Just before we listed our house Jim and Pam came by our house and looked it over carefully and Jim said I think with the market how it is in Gilbert we could possibly raise the asking a additional $5k. I said you are the boss, let's go for it. Long story short, Jim and Pam sold our house in one week for full price. They are good people. Very efficient. They have a professional photographer to take pics of your house to put on the web so it looks as good as it can. In this day and age, they do what they say they will do and more. They were always there to answer questions and give good advice and bolster your courage if needed. I highly recommend Jim and Pam for your real estate needs.?Thanks Jim and Pam.

In 2021/2022 Jim sold 2 of my neighborhood homes. These sales and prices were impressive. I contacted Jim to discuss the future sale of my home. He came prepared with information on my property and the necessary forms for selling my home.In September 2023 I called Jim to begin the process to sell my home. He responded very quickly. The property was on MLS almost immediately. Jim was good to work with, he had several suggestions and ideas which helped me prepare the property for viewing. During this time through the Close-of-Escrow, I found Jim to be very professional in all aspects of the real estate business. Lastly, he has a very good program for easy online signatures. This is important to both seller and the buyer. You can't go wrong!

When the time came to sell our home in San Tan Ranch, there was only one team that immediately came to mind, Jim and Pam. They helped us through a very lengthy build process on our new house during the worst of the pandemic. They worked hard to advocate for us with the builder throughout the many delays and setbacks that occurred because of the pandemic and supply chain issues. Jim and Pam were with us through every step of the process from initial contract signing through our final walkthrough and closing. They were always available for us and responded quickly through phone call, text or email with a friendly and knowledgeable reply.
Jim and Pam truly shine when it comes to buying or selling in San Tan Ranch. When it was time to list our home, they were spot on with the listing price during a time when the home prices were changing very quickly. Our hope was to sell to a family and not an investor while still getting as much value as we could out of our home. Jim and Pam made this happen for us. We went under contract in two days for well above our asking price! We are confident that we got the absolute best price we could have for our home.

Jim helped us navigate through this turbulence and find the house that was right for us. So when it came time to sell our house this year, there was no question about who I would call. My neighbor sold his house very quickly and for a very good price. When I decided to sell my house, my neighbor recommended Jim Nawrocki and I'm so glad he did. I truly believe Jim has my best interests at heart. I believe he genuinely cares about his clients and he worked very hard for me to keep as much money in my pocket as possible. His negotiations on my behalf with the buyer's agent were very professional and fair, but always with my best interests at the forefront. Jim had my house photographed and listed within 2 days of taking me on as his client. He aggressively marketed showings and we had multiple offers above asking price within 2 days of listing. The closing had a couple of hiccups along the way but Jim handled them all timely and flawlessly. Best of all, he kept me apprised of progress on a daily basis - he was on top of the buyer's agent to enforce the contract timeline. He did all of this professionally, kindly, fairly and with finesse. I can't say enough positive things about Jim. He's fantastic and I strongly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a house.
