I have been in Window Sales for 21 years and have visited a lot of homes and customers during that time. I worked for a great window company that was always focused on customer satisfaction. The big thing was our sale, like every other company, pretty much had to be made that night or it was never made ( at least by me ).
The Zen process is a lot different. If you want windows you either email me or call me. I will get a little info about your job and email you a bid within 5 minutes with no salesperson entering your home for 2-3 hours with a high pressure approach. Although many customers purchase that way, if you asked them, they would probably prefer a process that puts them in control. At Zen you always deal with the owner (me) and you never give any money up front! The Zen way!

We just had our windows replaced after thirty years of living in our home. We received three estimates and went with Matt Rotondi , his company is Zen Windows. We have had many projects completed on our home, but honestly this was the easiest and best experience we have encountered. First of all the price was realistic, and they required no money up front. Zen windows promises that and it really is true. Even more important is that they kept their word on every detail. Matt responded quickly to every e-mail or phone call, often getting back to us within the hour.
We love our new Zen windows and would highly recommend Matt Rotondi.

I must say I was a bit skeptical when Matt advertised “window quotes in 5 minutes or
less” I called the owner, Matt, and went through the process and
explained what I wanted wasn’t a typical replacement window as I was
switching a 3 panel French door out to a 9’ Window. I sent him pictures and
measurements and he was able to e-mail me pictures of some different
windows that he thought would look nice. Once I figured out what window I
wanted Matt provided a quote which was extremely reasonable for what I wanted.
Once I signed the contact the installation team called to schedule the
appointment and confirmed a few days before. The installation went great. The
installers showed up when they said they would, were extremely professional,
did unbelievable work, as they had to build a wall because I closed in the
door, and left the work area cleaner than when they started.
I was very surprised at the ease of the process as I have had
replacement windows done in the past and it usually led to a salesman in the
house trying to force a sale on me and my wife. This wasn’t like this at all.
