I will NEVER use another loan officer other than Bobbie. You couldn't pay me to use anyone else :) She answered ALL of my questions in a timely, polite manner, no matter how many of them I had. She stayed in constant contact with me and never left me alone throughout the process. She explained everything in a manner which I could completely understand. As a first time home buyer, I was completely naive to the process, but she never left my side. I will be recommending her to my family members when they get ready to purchase. I would 110% recommend her to anyone purchasing their home.

I will happily recommend Ms. Searson to anyone I know considering a new loan or re-fi. She thinks out of the box and guided my husband and I, though what could have been a challenge with our refinance, with ease. From our fist call to closing in less than a month, she was always communicative, responsive, encouraging and a pleasure to work with.

Bobbie did a wonderful job helping secure our home. I love how she had back up plans for any obstacle that could have come up throughout the whole process. She displayed great communication. Another lender told us to “stop wasting the realtor’s time”. Bobbie Searson looked at our file and said “ No problem. This is doable”. She worked with us to clear our credit report and get us qualified for a home loan. She even locked a 2.75% interest rate for us.
She was very knowledgeable and caring.
