WOW ...Have not seen Service like this literally in 30 years ... Carlos actually met with me 3 times. Went over the Information Step by Step . Then actually went to my Mother's house in Whittier which was a two hour drive to sign the initial papers . Then he came over to the final signing of the loan Docs to make my mother feel comfortable. I met with Carlos Camargo about 4 years ago when I first considered a reverse mortgage. I called him to schedule an appointment and at our initial meeting he was very well prepared in all aspects of a reverse mortgage. At the end I did not apply for one,

I recently completed a Reverse Mortgage loan with Carlos Camargo at Open Mortgage in Ventura, CA. I had been reluctant to pursue this type of loan but after Carlos walked me through the process I knew it was the option for me. I am a 72 year old widow that counted on my husband’s Social Security benefits. I lost that income when he passed. My reverse mortgage was a life saver and the best thing I have done. I was worried about the future and invisioned myself living in my car in about a year. This is the 2nd time that I have used Carlos Camargo for my Reverse Mortgage. I receive mail every day about Reverse Mortgages, but I have rarely ever had a referral for a Reverse Mortgage Professional and Carlos is definitely an expert in the government's Reverse Mortgage as well as the Private Jumbo Reverse Mortgages. It has been really nice to have someone that I can trust versus working with someone that I have never met or know. If you are considering a Reverse Mortgage in Santa Barbara or Ventura County then Carlos comes with my highest recommendation. Carlos came to my office and my home multiple times to answer questions and to help with the paperwork, which is not common, and I couldn't imagine doing this through the mail or over the phone. Carlos was and is the best Reverse Mortgage Consultant that I could have worked with and you would be wise to work with him as well.
