I just want to take a minute to commend your Company on an outstanding employee, Matt Brei. Due to a mess up with my current lender at the time my credit went from great to bad in the course of a couple years. Matt and I first started working on the refinancing well over a year ago, and that is when I found out about the negative credit rating.

I was in processing of purchasing a house this past winter, and had gone through dealing with several Mortgage specialist who were either hard to get in contact with, or weren't making the progress they claimed they were on our loan. I actually was in the "final stages" of a loan with a company that had been working on our loan for 2.5 months only to have them deny me at the end due to a "arms length transaction". I then came across Matt Brie who said he will work harder than your typical loan officer and by this time I was a little skeptical of what any Mortgage company had to say.
