I would recommend Kristin as a mortgage rep for two very important reasons:
1. As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed by how complicated the loan process was and all of the rules and regulations set in place by the state of California. Kristin did an excellent job breaking the process down into simple steps for me which made the whole process so much simpler and easier to follow.
2. Kristin was always on top of my loan even years after the process. When interest rates dropped she contacted me and told me that I absolutely should refinance and I wound up saving thousands of dollars. I'm currently locked in at such a low interest rate that I'll probably never have to refinance again.
I've recommended her services to all of my friends and family and I have no problem recommending her to any person looking to buy a home.
