In the same time period, she assisted us in the purchase of our home in Adams Park, and both transactions went very smoothly; all three parties involved were quite pleased with Jean’s efforts all the way through closing.
Ten years later we decided to move to Four Seasons Retirement Community here in Columbus, and we had at least four couples who had expressed an interest in buying our Adams Park residence if/when we ever decided to sell. Knowing we wouldn’t need help selling the house, just help with the paper work, she readily agreed to assist. Again, the transaction went smoothly and her counsel was quite valuable.
