After 30 years in the business, frustrated by how top producing agents are treated by the industry that focuses most of their manpower to trying to get new agents started in that old throw enough mud on the wall approach, I am thrilled today to be able to focus on serving only Top Producers.
At RE/MAX Ability Plus we do not hire agents, agents hire us as their back end support company. Everyone on our staff understands our agents are our clients and our job is to support, augment and amplify their businesses.
Our product we "sell" is TIME, our staff's job is to remove the obstacles top producers face that take their time and focus away from the activities that ring the cash register for them. This frees them up to focus their time on growing their businesses.
