Exactly 37 days from signed listing to SOLD! When Jeff Davi is your Realtor, you are one lucky person! Jeff’s real work started over 15 months before I signed the listing, when I called him and asked for help. Can I ever really thank him for the million and one kind things he did for me? We have bought and sold 17 homes over our life, and, by far, the MP team was our best experience. They truly understand what it means to put the customer first. A special praise for Mark from two examples. We were preparing an offer, agreed on a number, then Mark did further analysis and came back to recommend we not go that high. His second heroics was "calming the waters" when our financing unexpectedly went off the rails, and he kept our deal alive until that error could be corrected. And for every property we viewed, we got a candid "pros and cons" of the property, instead of sugar coating any weak aspects. and what a great sense of humor this guy has. and the support team communicates well and effectively and never dropped the ball. I recommend this team wholeheartedly.

It took about twenty minutes after meeting Mark to feel like he was an old friend, and I don’t mean old in reference to his age. I was referred by my mother’s friend’s son whose name I don’t remember, but no matter the way in which he became my realtor, I am grateful.
Ten years ago, I was purchasing my first home, and as a single person fairly new to the area, I was nervous. I dragged Mark to every home for sale in Monterey County, from ones I couldn’t afford to ones caved in from foreclosure. I imagine most realtors would only put up with my needless worries, pickiness, and changes of mind if their client had more to spend than me, but for ten months, Mark accompanied me to hideous homes he knew I wouldn’t purchase and answered my calls even while vacationing. He may have given me humorous grief for my madness, but his patience through the process and his knowledge for all things homes alleviated the trepidation I had.
I wish I could say that ten years gave me the maturity I needed to purchase a new home with my partner, but together, we were just as anxiety ridden as I was the first time. With my new half in tow, we dragged Mark from Pacific Grove to Prunedale to places we’d like to forget, and no matter the time of day or day of the week, Mark was available. He answered our absurd questions, endured all the time we took up, and put us at ease.
Mark’s sincerity, tolerance, and expertise mean that until he fires us, there is no one we rather work with.

Last week we closed the sale of our Hollister Home, not easy as it was one of the most valuable homes in the market there. In June of 2016 we closed the purchase of our Carmel Valley home. Both properties were handled by Jeff and Mark as our listing agent and buying agents respectively. It could not been a better experience.
The staff supporting both sale and purchase were Nicole Fisher, Nicole Ushakoff and Teresa Bruno. They are all such a valuable part of the team. I appreciated the lighting fast and accurate response, communications, and e-signature forms from them.
Last year the house we bought in Carmel Valley was a hot seller. It was in contract within 48 hours of listing with several offers. Jeff and Mark were there representing us in a heartbeat. We made the offer within 24 hours of the listing and we had a deal in 48 hours. There were several other offers. I can’t help but think that Jeff and Mark’s credibility played a part in the acceptance of the offer.
The Hollister home was just an opposite experience with respect to the market conditions, but Jeff was upfront and said it could take a year to sell. It took 10 months. Apparently it’s usually hard to sell the highest value home in almost any marketplace. At first I thought he was way off on that comment, later I came to appreciate the honesty and integrity behind his statement. I had other agents tell me it would sell in a week.
My wife and I have had over 50 real estate transactions since 2007 in places ranging from Hawaii, Lake Tahoe to San Francisco and the Monterey Bay area. I would have to place Jeff, Mark and the team in the #1 slot as the best group I have dealt with in all those transactions.
One more plus, Mark and Jeff can be really fun to be around, especially if you get them together. I can get really serious and intense in a real estate transaction, they can lighten up the tone. I really appreciate them both.
