isa and Bill are nice people who can be very reassuring. Only disappointment is her recommendation of a builder, Maruti Builder LLC. We bought a house she represented on behalf of Maruti and I have to say Maruti cut a lot of corners. A lot of shelves were not properlyinstalled and would not close properly. The rods for hanging clothes in the closets could not hang an average person's shirts as the shirts would hang 3 inches over the space provided. The master toilet was poorly installed. Took five minutes to fill up. Several door knobs were crooked in their installation. The garage door was misaligned in its installation. Half the windows were not sealed properly. Electrical outlets in the bathroom were not GFCI compliant. The pipes for the water heater were not efficiently set up resulting in needing five minutes to heat up water for the shower. Cheapest paint was used and so paint came off even with blue tape. The charging station inside the vanity cabinet was not connected to any electricity. The mail box latch was facing the wrong way so would not close. We saw a beautiful house but believed inspectors that there were no issues. Too many small imperfections.

We had a somewhat complicated private sale, but Lisa was very thorough and professional. Even though some parts of our purchase experience were complicated and confusing and frustrating, Lisa walked us through everything and helped us understand the issues. I had been watching the market for several months in our neighborhood...Lisa was someone who made it to the top of my list without having ever spoken with or met her, just because I constantly saw her listings in our neighborhood.  After checking out several realtors, my family of 7 would not approve of any of them...until we met Lisa.  Hands down she was the only realtor my family would allow me to hire and she was terrific.  She is an expert in our neighborhood, she has terrific contacts, she has at least 9 years experience and knows her stuff. Our situation was difficult because of the repair state of our home, a tricky home addition, and the fact that we had 7 people not agreeing on much. Lisa hung through it all with us, she was patient and understanding, as well as gave me great advice. She got top dollar for our home considering it's condition and all of her advice was spot on in terms of what to do to our home to prepare it for sale. (Take ALL of her advice...she knows what she is doing & it pays off!) 
 
So I could go on and on, but I will suffice it to say that Lisa is the ONE realtor to hire hands-down, without question. I am just so thankful with our situation that we had Lisa on our team to see us through.

Lisa made the whole process of selling a house as smooth as possible. She has a very good understanding of Cambrian Park locality and showed us the right set of comps that helped us arrive at a good listing price. The stagers she brought also did a good job and we were to sell the house within a week after the first Open house. We are particularly happy about the way she communicated everything to us in detail.

My wife and I would like to publicly thank Lisa for being so diligent and for all her support, patience and kindness during our search, negotiation and purchasing process of our first place in the middle of a bidding war period. Before knowing Lisa I was outbid several times and lost dozens of deals in the SF Bay Area to investors and rich people offering more than one hundred thousand dollars in cash, above the listing price. Lisa helped us to track the right locations according to our requirements, streamline the whole purchasing process and offering the right price to close the deal and guess what? We had relocated to South Bay from SoCal and were in search for the right home. We met Lisa during our house hunting one day at an open house. Like most people we were skeptical of agents who tried to show us homes on "their" list and not being truly honest with their intentions. That is why we initially shopped online with Zillow, Trulia and Redfin. We visited many open houses on our own and encountered bidding wars that seemed hopeless. When we met Lisa, she struck us as being sincere and a hardworking professional. She had the ability to connect with us without being pushy. With her knowledge of the market and sound advice, we knew that she was the right agent for us. The more we got to know her she proved to be the assertive, highly skilled professional we wanted on our side.
