     Kelly has 15+ year’s experience as a realtor and loan agent.  She not only has served as a broker, but also works as a diligent agent to always be hands on and provides knowledge to clients from day one. 


     Her clients are wide ranged from first time home buyers, families with expanding/downsizing needs, foreign investors to savvy flippers.  Kelly always tries to understand client’s needs first and then provides options to assist her clients to achieve their goals.  She also likes to provide a “one-time-shop” solution to make the real estate and finance process as easy as possible.  Many of her clients have achieved financial goals through real estate investment over the years or are on the way of obtaining financial freedom.


     Before becoming a realtor, Kelly has worked as a financial analyst in the hi-tech industry for nine years.  Her previous strict financial training and extensive international traveling have well trained and equipped her with diverse skill sets and excellent professionalism.  In real estate, she uniquely combines her financial background to qualify buyers and uses various strategies under different scenarios to maximize seller’s equity in the fastest time.  Her clients enjoy her analytical, problem solving, and pleasant people skills.

Kelly is an experienced Realtor. Recently, she listed and sold one house and purchased two properties for 1031 Exchange of Rental properties. She has the knowledge to stage the house nicely, and sold it to almost the high limit of buyer's mortgage company's appraisal value. For buying replacements, we made 4 bids, and won two critical ones so that we won them at multiple bidding environment, with minimum premium over listing prices. She recommended us to make offers highlighted with "what sellers want" in mind, For example, quick close of escrow, as-is, no appliances warranty necessary, and let current tenant or owner stay on for transition.
To conclude simply, about what she did for us. She sold three hundred thousand dollars more than we expected, and bought replacements about two hundred thousand less. What a sweet memory for this investor!
