I graduated from Santa Clara University in 1988 with a finance degree and started my career in lending by working as a Business Banking Officer for Wells Fargo. I transitioned to residential lending in 1991 and since that time I have done hundreds of loans throughout California for all types of borrowers from first time home buyers to multi-million dollar homes.
By working as a broker I am not beholden to any bank or single lenders rates or guidelines and I can work in the best interest of my clients to structure the financing to each unique situation.
