For the past 8 years Bill has been helping existing home owners refinance their homes with a (HECM) reverse mortgage. In addition he is also helping seniors PURCHASE a home with a Reverse Mortgage, sometimes called a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage , HECM for Purchase or simply H4P. Bill was so wonderful to work with. He was accessible and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He provided me with good information and instructions that were easy to follow to do my part in the process. He was so courteous. Although we were not able to complete the deal it was not because of Bill. The appraisal for the house did not come in high enough, and I just didn't have the resources to make it work. Thank you Bill. You are a great guy!

We selected Bill because of proximity. We did not want to have to work with someone entirely by correspondence and telephone. In spite of being nearly 200 miles away Bill has come to our home twice, including for the signing. He is knowlegable and easy to work with.

As Bill described the different ways a reverse mortgage can assist people, I saw a potential for my Mom. When Bill made the trip to meet with her, I joined them so I could see what was being presented, and to make my mom more at ease with the process. Bill clearly explained the options and answered our questions. It was so nice to have someone I could trust to give us honest facts.
