There's a fine line in sales between being proactively too pushy (sometimes clients really have to be led) and to laid back. When I find sales people that understand the balance and know where that line is, I really appreciate it. I'm left alone to make my decisions, I get the points that are being made, they made cogently and with precise articulation. That's AJ MacDonell in a nutshell. Super enjoyed doing business with him.
