Before real estate, Jess utilized her BFA in Visual Design to create marketing material for the top high-tech companies in the bay area, and applies those same skills in the marketing and campaign materials used to sell your home. Outside of real estate, Jess enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband of 15 years and 6 year old daughter.

Jess Delhonte from Intero was a pleasure to work with, in fact we cannot thank her enough. She helped us sell our house of 31 years which was very emotional for my Dad. The whole ordeal was quite a rollercoaster and through it all she was patient, full of resourceful knowledge, and worked round the clock to meet our needs. Jess helped us sell our home in Japantown area of San Jose. We interviewed a few agents and felt most comfortable and confident that Jess could get the job done. She proved that and more. She immediately got to work and contacted everyone inside and outside of her network to gather interest and market the home. She put together a show-worthy marketing package that highlighted all of the positive points of our house, even making signage that she displayed at the open houses that described specific improvements that we had made during renovations. The staging came out beautifully, we almost didn't recognize the house! Turns out we got 9 offers and our house sold for $228k over the price we were asking! We couldn't have been more impressed with Jess work. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a solid agent to sell their home.

Jess helped my wife and I buy our first home. At the beginning of the process, she made a point of setting expectations realistically, with honest assessments and hard data. I bought my first house recently and was very lucky to have Jess guide me through the process. She explained the different stages very clearly and offered expert opinion on how to get the property I was interested in. I was impressed by the speed with which we were able to get the property, especially considering the competitive South Bay market. She would answer basically any questions I had, and worked as a bridge between me and the seller if I had specific questions regarding a property. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were excited yet really nervous about the process and risk. Luckily I knew Jess and reached out to her to be our realtor. She clearly explained the whole process and answer all our questions throughout the process. She returned calls, emails and text promptly and adjusted her schedule often to accommodate our crazy work hours. Jess was tactful in identifying what we were looking for and our price range, even though my wife and I had very different taste. She was able to manage our expectations to ensure we had a realistic expectation throughout the process. We loved almost all the properties Jess showed us after identifying what was important to us and what was optional. Jess has been an amazing person to work with! She was able to expertly guide my girlfriend and me through the intricate process of first time home buying. Jess was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the current market trends. She was always available and happy to help us, no matter how small the question. Overall, she made our home buying process smooth and comfortable. We never felt pressured into decisions that we weren't comfortable with. We had a relatively short search time (2 months), which in the South Bay is great, especially with the budget that we had.
