Shaunda was terrific throughout our home buying experience. A friend of ours recommended her to us as we were relocating to the Roseville area. It was immediately clear that Shaunda knew the area as she highlighted the many attractions and some of the areas that we might not like as much. Shaunda assessed our likes and dislikes and organized a series of homes to visit. She completely nailed this as with each stop we could see ourselves living in that home. I would highly recommend Shaunda Holt to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a house in the Roseville, Lincoln, or Rocklin areas.
We had a recommendation from a mutual friend to see if Shaunda could help us find a home in the Roseville/Lincoln area a few months ago. We had been living in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area for about 20 years and needed to downsize from a large home that no longer served our needs. Shaunda steered us toward several communities in the Roseville/Lincoln/Rocklin area where we eventually bought a home. She was extremely professional in all aspects of helping us through the search/offer/negotiation and finally buying the house we wanted. I always felt she had our best interests at heart and was very open and honest about all aspects of our home buying experience. After our sale she has been able to assist us in finding local tradespeople to help us in changes to our new home and even finding local organizations to assist us in donating furniture and goods that we no longer need.
