I love everything about Maui: the ocean, the upcountry, the weather, and most of all, the people. My husband and I vacationed on Maui for over 20 years before we could not stand it any longer and moved to this beautiful island. In practically no time, we made great friends, found a great church, and got plugged into the local community. It truly is “Maui No Ka Oi” which means “Maui No Better Place”!
I became a Realtor through a different path than most. I worked as a residential mortgage loan officer for several years. For the last 14 of those years, I also owned and operated a successful mortgage company. As a loan officer, I personally originated and closed over 5,000 mortgage loans. So, it is safe to say, I have an excellent understanding of what it takes to get a real estate transaction closed. I am now taking this vast lending experience and using it to assist my clients in buying and selling their homes.
My degree is in Marketing, which has given me the foundation to know the most advantageous ways to assist sellers in obtaining the highest price for their home. For buyers, my motivation is finding the right house at the right price and making sure they are satisfied with the transaction.

Michele worked with us remotely for over a year to find just the right place in Maui. We bought a condo "sight unseen" using Michele as our eyes.
