He made several recommendations such as staging our home and having a few repairs done before listing on MLS which made a big difference. Through his extensive market knowledge, Michael was able to sell my mother's house for a fair price. It was a tricky sale since the buyers are also very good friends of mine. Michael was able to work with both parties and deliver a mutually beneficial contract, keeping our friendship unscathed. The buyers are new to the US and this is their first home. Things went smoothly and we closed in 30 days. Most importantly he worked with my mother to make sure she was happy with every detail of the contract. For an elderly woman, making the transaction "stress free" was a big value. Most importantly for me, he was able to handle many of the details of the process so selling a house didn't become my full time job as well.

I recently purchased a distressed property with Michael in San Jose. I cannot sing his praises enough for how amazing he was in order to get this deal done. The property was an unfinished new build in which the sellers were in the middle of a divorce, heading towards imminent foreclosure and had multiple liens against the property. Their were so many hurdles to get this deal done that i didn't think it would actually happen. But not only did it happen we closed escrow inside of a month!! Michael was all over every aspect of the deal in a way I have never seen out of any agent before.
