Liane Freitas is an outstanding realtor and person. My family and I started working with her towards the beginning of the year and we weren't certain of exactly what we were looking for, with the little bit of information that we did give her, she gave us a laundry list of possibilities. This was a great start because the more we looked, the more we realized what type of property fit our family.

Within the first week she had already set up a list of homes, in sequential order, to go and see. We have a toddler and she is a more than a handful, while looking at each property Liane took it upon herself to watch our toddler without us even asking. It made it so much easier for us to focus on the properties instead of entertaining our child. We knew we were in good hands after the first day of showings. It took us a few months to find the ideal property that we were looking for but Liane was patient throughout the whole process and held our hand the entire time.

If there were three things to highlight more than anything about Lian it would be how personable she is, her promptness and professionalism. I'm assuming it would be hard to work with someone while looking for a property if they weren't enthusiastic about their job, Liane always brought a great energy and positivity no matter what the situation. She was early for everything and was always prepared before my family and I arrived to any property. Finally, her professionalism was flawless, she knew what she was talking about and was as forthcoming as she possibly could be. We would highly recommend Liane to anyone looking for a property in Hawaii. There isn't enough time or good things to say about her.

Liane recently represented us with the sale of our home in Kaneohe. This is the third time we have worked with Liane and we can’t recommend her enough. Having knowing her from high school I reached out to her to sell our home. Since that time I can recall seeing her a handful of times through the years. Liane was wonderful, there every step of the way like a diplomat with grace and aplomb through the inevitable need for expediting, negotiating, investigating, peace keeping, liasoning, etc, etc in the marketing and escrow process of selling a home. She becomes less of a hired professional and more of a friend and neighbor with the qualities of 30+ year expert real estate commanding general.

My family used Liane to sell a home. To be honest, I was very skeptical at first. When she told me what they planned to list the home for, I thought we would never get anything close to that and it would just sit on the market for a while. On the first day, we had several offers over asking price. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Lianne and I go back quite a few years and have watched her through her years and progress into a great realtor/sales agent.I never realized how much work it was to sell a property and always you just list the property and wait for the potential buyers to come to your open houses then decide if you want to make an offer. Liane is AMAZING!! From the very 1st phone call to the closing date, Liane has been super. She suggested a certain listing price for our family home (now 55 years old) and my brothers and I thought she was crazy asking that much. But we put our trust in her. From staging the home so beautifully to holding the brokers open and the public open house to the many, many questions we had, she was so professional!

Needless to say, she got us $200k more! My brothers and I were shocked but of course thrilled!

Liane went out of way many times during the selling process to even go to our property to put trash cans out to filling the pool every other day. She went above and beyond her scope!

There is so much to say about Liane. She helped us navigate through a very stressful time of trying to purchase a home during the covid market spike with so much patience and kindness. As first time home buyers we had no clue with what we were doing. She walked us through step by step and made the process so much easier.
