From start to finish, Lisa was fantastic. She guided us perfectly through the whole experience and we couldn’t of asked for a better realtor who kept our best interests and wants a priority. Working with Julianne and the Montalvo team was more than a pleasurable experience. They were up front, honest, understanding and very responsive to any questions we had concerning the process. I was very impressed when on our first meeting with Julianne she took the time to give us a packet with a 20 page pamphlet detailing what to expect during the home buying process and the definitions of terms that we would hear while dealing with other businesses and entities during our home buying experience. Julianne was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and seem to find pleasure in assisting people making them very comfortable while making life changing decisions. Stephen Ohlerich was absolutely the most helpful, considerate, and professional individual I've had the pleasure to work with in a long time. There was never any pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with and he ALWAYS took the time to explain every aspect of my home sell to my understanding. Even if I needed it explained twice! He answered every phone call, email or text either that day or within a day. He made me feel as if I was his only client.

Amy Rivers and her team were always professional and extremely helpful in selling our home this year. They started with an in depth analysis of our homes worth and how best to market it. Then they staged it beautifully to entice buyers. Anytime we had any issues or problems with our home or the escrow process they were there immediately to help or in some cases completely fix the issue for us as we were already living in a new town. Seven years ago we also used Amy Rivers as our realtor in buying this home. She was as amazing then as she is now! I highly recommend her and her wonderful team.

We can’t say enough good things about Sherry and Mikayla. We did a long distance move, and had a house to sell as well and they made sure everyone involved was on the same page so we were able to close in time for my husband to start work. It was hard being so far away from our new house but they made everything as easy as possible and soothed our many fears and doubts and even helped us unload our moving trucks and took care of our dinner the first night. Sherry and Lisa is someone who are truly experts in this field and was able to answer any question I had regarding the process and my general concerns. They were quick in getting back to me and was genuine with their responses. You can tell right off the bat that you can rely on them.

In general, they weren't pushy and didn't rush me into things. I could tell that their main interest was knowing I was comfortable, informed and they adjusted to my needs. It was a refreshing experience and was very personable.
