The Farley team was a great asset to purchasing our home. They werer very patient and made themselves very accessible (even while on vacation). They were always nice and even though we took them all over the DFW area, they helped us through the process and guided us to the best deal on our home. The whole team, from office staff were all very informative and made the process easy.

Roger was a pleasure to work with in finding my home. He has a great personality, is a super nice guy and he's very personable. He was always available to show houses and hung in there with me for several months while I searched for the perfect home. He has the ability to diffuse stress by using humor and he's a respectable realtor. I would definitely recommend him in your search for the perfect home.

Office Manager
We recently bought 10 acres in Bluff Dale, TX to build a house when we retire. Roger and Chris Farley made the process smooth and pleasant! We have also sold a condo in Arlington and bought our current house and land with them. We wouldn't buy or sell without the Farley Team.

The Farley Team was fantastic throughout the entire process...it was our first time selling a house. Chris sat down with us and easily and thoroughly explained the whole process to help ease our "rookie jitters".


We also bought a house too. On that side of the transaction, Lea was totally fantastic. She was sweet, funny and an absolute delight to work with. She showed us multiple houses. Some were 75+ miles away and she was always willing to show us any houses we found. (Even with the craziness of us toting around our 4 young kids). Thanks again Lea!!!!


There were some hiccups along the way, but Chris was there to guide us through it all...text/email/phone, Chris was there for us anytime we had a question.


Once, we finally got to the "home stretch" in the process, Jenny (transaction coordinator) was super nice and great to work with.

Thank you Chris, Roger, Jenny and, last but definitely not least, Lea!!!

This letter of recommendation comes from the heart. Chris and Roger Farley are two exceptional people. They are very professional and yet are so down to earth. They make you feel comfortable and you become friends right away. They both are there for you and go out of their way to accommadate you and your schedule. My husband and I were looking for a house with specific wants and needs. We loved the house we were in, but needed to increase in size to accommidate another person and her pets. They walked thru all the steps so you new what to expect. They helped us to list the house we were having to sell and spent a lot of time showing us houses with plenty of property. They traveled all across several counties in search of the perfect house. They would immediately let us know when something came up on the market and would schedule as many showings as possible. Some we made a couple trips back to look at again. We finally found the perfect place and sold our other house, we have them to thank. If you want loyal dedicated people with integrity who strive above and beyond the normal, then you need the Farley Team to be there. If we ever need to sell or buy a house again, we know who we will call without a second thought.

Roger is very proactive, answers all questions, communicates in a timely manner, responds to all calls and e mails and is always seeking the greatest benefit for the client.
