Lilly was patient and thorough in searching for our perfect home. When you have a budget and specific location you're looking for, it's not an easy task these days (esp in Santa Clara). Most homes we've seen were old and we didn't see any potential. BUT, when we did find that perfect home, LIlly knew it. And, we knew it. And, she advised us and guided us to win the bid in the end.

Lilly was our listing agent. Lilly has a wealth of knowledge about the housing markets in the Silicon Valley. She was professional, responsive, organized and had great follow up and follow through. She took the time to make sure we understand the timelines, key steps and milestones. She kept us informed of all the changes and new information to minimize any surprises.
