I worked with Sevgi Torunoglu during the purchasing our home. Sevgi listened and quickly understood our requirements while providing sounds advice on the options. She has excellent knowledge of the local housing market and good knowledge of house construction, renovation, building material , etc. She was very responsive to our needs and worked around our availability. She followed through on everything we agreed she would do and agreed upon.She was able to filter houses to be visited as she quickly learned what we are looking for. Soon we were able to identify the house we wanted. She worked very hard on our behalf and presented us well in the contract negotiation process and once we agreed on the contract, she worked closely with my finance consultant to make the process run smoothly and painlessly. Although I had issues which slowed down the process on my end, she worked closely with the seller agent to find a solution and keep the process moving forward.
