I recently moved to Sacramento County from Del Norte County after selling my home. I wanted to buy another home but had problems with my credit and really didn’t think I could qualify. After talking with Jill, she got my not so bad credit score and said she would look for a lender to find me a loan. A few days later she called me and told me that she had found a lender, that I qualified for a loan, and also the loan amount I was prequalified for. Within a month the house was found, the loan process started, and four weeks later I closed escrow. And every step of the way Jill was in contact with me, guiding me through the process, and advising me about all the documents that was needed. Jill and her team made it happen for me so that once again I could be a homeowner. I highly recommend Jill Hinky to anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional loan officer. She is an expert in the field and knows her business. Kudos Jill and thank you.

This was our second mortgage through the Hinkey team. As seamless as the process was for our mortgage they got us for the purchase of our house four years it was a no-brainer to have them do our refinance when the rates made it worth while for us to do so. Jill was amazing in helping us secure the loan we needed in order to close on our home. And today we officially closed - moments ago!

Some highlights from our process:
The final interest rate beat the pre-approval's interest rate.
Every call and email was answered and immediately (Fast!)
Expertise was provided throughout the process and all of our questions were answered.
Re-assurance and confirmations were sent as needed and requested.
Estimates of closing costs were on point.
Adjustments to loan amount and changes to the escrow impound were not an issue.

Jill and her team were a joy to work with and comforting. The feeling of trustworthiness we felt was clearly not deceiving, as we closed with success first try and with zero hiccups!

One last thing that I think was the most important for me as the consumer: At no point did we feel pressured even the slightest for proceeding with Jill as the "official" lender, and we were even encouraged to look at other lenders to compare rates. Jill was our realtor's preferred lender - but knowing what so many sales people are like, especially when the fish is already on the hook - this makes Jill OUR preferred lender too.
