Several years ago my wife and I were looking to purchase a condo in Fort Myers, Florida. I contacted a Real Estate office in Cape Coral and met Jane Podowski. I called 3 Realtor and Jane was the only one that called us back. We were vacationing in Fort Myers and wanted to look at some home's. Boy did we look each day Jane had a list of homes. We looked at them all. We wanted a quick closing in order to get back home up North not wanting to have to come back soon. Jane took care of this matter and all was finial 2 days before we left.
Plus we had refrigerator problems with the home we just purchased and Jane has gone above and beyond taking care of this . Even going back and checking a few weeks after sale. Yes I recommend Jane Podowski highly.

I met Jane Podowski through a referral. I lived in another state and wanted to relocate. When I called to tell her what I was looking for, she quickly sent all the information that I needed to get me started with my search and relocation process.

She set everything up from hotel reservations to actually moving me in! Jane supervised the inspection with my absence and made sure all legal procedures were in place. My movers arrived two days before me and Jane made it he
her business to make sure that all my belongings were safe as she stayed and watched the movers unload the truck box by box. She went far and beyond her call of duty to get me addresses and time frames of all the changes that I had to make.

Jane has kept up and followed up with me, not only as a Realtor but as a friend. Knowing that I left friends and family behind, she was sensitive and caring enough to invite me to her home for different functions and introduced me to everyone she knows.
