Deborah was amazing during my home buying experience. She stuck with me for a long time until the day finally came. She got creative in finding ways to make it happen for me, explaining all my options, and giving me the pros and cons so I could make the best choice for my family. I am extremely pleased and grateful for Deborah Mercado and Jamie Kay's level of professionalism and expertise at every turn during a very difficult transaction. My buyers went online and applied for a loan with an online Mortgage Company without my knowledge. They immediately got approved. My buyers had the online Lender send me their approval letter. Shortly thereafter, the call came in from the Loan officer informing me that my clients have been approved. After a long discussion with my buyers, I realized just how much they've enjoyed the online application process and especially the Loan Officer they've been approved by. We eventually found the house. Everything was smooth sailing until about three days prior to closing, then came the call from their Lender that some new information has surfaced on their credit, and unless those can be dealt with within 48 hours they can't close the loan. My clients and their Landlord just did not get along. They had been in a month-to-month rental for over six months and they were both eager to terminate the contract. The buyers called me and asked if I can find them an Air BnB because if the loan couldn't close they would have nowhere to go. They would also need to use their Down payment to be able to afford the Air BnB. That's when I called Deborah to see if there was any chance she could save the transaction.

She asked a lot of questions, requested a few things from us, and started the ball rolling. Long story short, yesterday we closed the Loan for my buyers! Deborah and Jamie provided invaluable expertise and timely communication to both the Listing Agent and, myself as the Selling agent, in this transaction. The open and transparent channel of communication has made a huge difference for us, as the seller was extremely nervous and did not want to extend our closing date. Deborah would call me, and then add the Listing Agent on the line so the agent can hear our challenges, and what Deborah's team was doing to resolve them. The Listing agent was so impressed with the process that she told me that, she plans to work with Deborah's team from now on. Thank you, Deborah, Jamie, and Sandy! I am very glad to have called you when I did.

Deborah and Jamie made the, what seemed impossible possible for me and my family. We are a military family and they knew all the unknown details of the VA loan and got us into a house with almost no investment at all and also got our personal loan paid off in the process to make life easier. 100000..../10 would recommend them.
