Just wanted to say how much we appreciated the help of Michael in finding and purchasing our new home. Throughout the process he was professional, responsive, and even better, very patient with us as we eliminated and sorted through the housing and location choices. He is a great communicator with extensive knowledge of the area. And in the end he did a great job representing us to the sellers. Even after the sale he has continued to stay in touch and support us through the move in process. A great realtor and now a great friend. !!!

Jan Bruzas is simply the best. I sold my 1920s St. Pete bungalow in August 2017 with Jan and she not only got me a fabulous price, she made me feel safe throughout every step of the process. Selling a home you've owned for two decades can be an emotional experience. Jan was wonderful about keeping things running smoothly and explaining each step to me. She had my back.
