I selected Jeff from several REALTORS when he responded to my request when my home in Peoria was listed with another REALTOR. The other REALTOR was just not getting the job done. He traveled across town to see my home and gave me his ideas and recommendations. Six months later I hired him to work for me. He went over and above any REALTOR I'd met. I have bought and sold over 10 residential homes in my life and without a doubt Lisa and Jeff were not only the MOST responsive, but they totally covered my back as an out-of-state- buyer. Lisa took care of everything (including having the full trash cans from the seller removed)!!!!

Lisa coordinated all the steps from my offer to closing, ensuring that all the involved parties made every closing deadline. She provided recommendations for all the services I might need.

Lisa is the most proactive realtor I have met and because of her always looking ahead I will be moving into a pristine house with all maintenance completed.

Closed on our purchase in October from an external location. Not being local was a concern yet Jeff made it very comfortable. Negotiations were not easy, back and forth and drawn out. Jeff was instrumental in quickly overcoming objections and finding a very favorable outcome. The Listing Agent seemed very aloof, almost to the point of uninterested and Jeff took charge in many aspects for both sides. He was informative and supportive throughout the process...being creative in the Offer stages, coordinating the Inspections and proactive in finalizing the many details. Often Jeff communicated on progress of items we had not considered and offered or had already initiated action to further the Closing process. If i was Selling (or buying again) a home i would use Jeff's services as i believe he would present and maximize the property value.

First, Jeff and Lisa won the interview competition among the top 5 producers. The house had been on the market for about 14 months previously with no offers. We developed a plan for appearance improvements and needed repairs. Their weekly e-mails of activity kept us informed from afar. Their recommendations for selling price and counter offer were sound, and successful. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would hire them again.

Jeff showed us 25 or 30 houses before we made our decision.
He arranged all of the inspections we needed and gave us referrals for a water treatment system also.
He also did some things himself that another realtor wouldn't be bothered with. He also helped on some other things even after the close.
I would recommend Jeff and Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jeff and Lisa did a great job with our home listing. They did what they said they would do as far as open houses, realtor tours and advertising. In addition, they helped to make sure the house stayed looking nice after groups of people came through. They made sure light bulbs were working prior to a group tour. We felt that we were kept up to date about activity on the house and the housing market. We also feel the house sold in very reasonable amount of time. We

Jeff and Lisa have been great. They uploaded great pictures of the house and kept up informed of all activity related. Since we are moving overseas, they were very accommodating of our time and needs. They always lived up to their promises and seem to have all of the many details under control.

Jeff and Lisa took time to get to know the community, which is very important for finding the right person for a buyer. My wife and I recommend them without any reservation and with great enthusiasm.

Lisa and Jeff sold my parents house on the first day and got us a great price. I live in Texas so I had to rely on them to pick and manage all of the contractors that were needed for minor repairs. From the first meeting with them they have been forthright with all aspects of selling my home. This includes explaining all things related to the sale - the good as well as the bad. Every call, email, text has been answered within hours - always the same day.
They helped me through the appraisal stage, assisted in getting the required repairs done. I wanted, needed, required a lot of attention and both Jeff and Lisa have been there for me.
