For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for real estate. I am grateful to be pursuing the dream of matching clients with their perfect properties. I have earned the following designations to best serve the needs of my clients: MRP (military relocation professional) and am honored to help our vets and active duty! I have a BA in Communication and Media Arts from the University of Arizona and proudly support Arizona Athletics. My desire to help others is my true calling in life and my professional choices have helped me accomplish this.

Heather is absolutely the bomb. From our initial meeting, right up to the actual sale and closing of the house, she was right there with Yong and myself. At first, I was very anxious and nervous about the home buying process, especially with the market being the way that it is right now. Heather started by giving us a binder that walked us through the home buying process. It simplified the process for us and gave us a perfect idea of what to expect. She made the process so much fun for me and my family. Every time she took us to see a home, she came with a smile and great energy. Her availability to show us homes was very impressive. It didn’t matter what side of town the house was on- if we wanted to see it, she made it happen QUICK! She gave us an edge in this crazy market and helped us get into the home we fell in love with the most. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and upbeat. One of my favorite things about Heather is that she replies to phone messages, emails, and texts within minutes. That was particularly useful for me as an out-of-state buyer who easily could have felt too far away to proceed without daily anxiety attacks! As it turned out, there were exactly zero problems that Heather wasn't on top of immediately -- everything was taken care of almost before I could start worrying. THAT is worth more than you can imagine.

I was lucky to find Heather when I moved to Tucson 8 years ago and purchased my condo. Now she found the house I just closed on. She knows all the right contacts to get information fast for everything you need to close: inspections, pest control, roofers, mortgage companies, you name it! Heather was amazing. It took her less than a week to get us into a home in March of 2022. The market was red hot and it was taking many people months just to get an offer accepted.

She followed through with the inspectors and went above and beyond making sure all the details were taken care of. We closed on our home in 30 days thanks to Heather. I recommend as many people as I can to her!
