Janice Akins

As a young adult, I envisioned owning my own business and becoming a successful entrepreneur and in doing so I discovered my passion and talent for selling real estate.  Initially when I joined the Real Estate industry, I started out as an apprentice under a successful broker, who became an invaluable mentor and founder of Intero Real Estate Services.  As my career progressed I partnered with a Real Estate coach and worked alongside seasoned colleagues.  Since then I have established my own brand, and as an independent and accomplished agent I have become the consummate professional.  I take individual care in guiding my clients through the largest purchases of their lives while managing their interest in the market place.  As a member of the National Association of Realtors my success working with sellers and buyers effectively is my greatest asset.  Also, I am an active board member of Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and I hold a reciprocal membership on the San Juaquin Board of Realtors.  In addition, when I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family, I have two sons that I’m so proud of and my husband and I enjoy traveling, cycling, and gathering with friends.  My moto is ‘Perseverance Makes Dreams Come True’.
