Doug was so great working with us to buy a home. He handled everything quickly and effectively allowing us to go from house hunters to home owners in less than 45 days. We can't say enough great things about Doug. Our house was listed with another agent for months when we switched to Doug. Our house sold quickly and for above asking price. He knows the real estate market and is friendly.

Doug began sending me automatic MLS posts after my initial phone contact with him. Our first face to face meet was when he took me through the home I ended up purchasing. Doug was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful during the whole purchase process. I live three hours away so signing doc via email made everything a breeze.
My escrow has closed and Doug continues to coordinate with roofers and repairmen, which he was kind enough to recommend at a tremendous savings, since I'm not familiar with the area.
Anyone looking for a realtor would be well served by choosing Doug Larsen to represent them.

Doug Larson helped us sell our home in Modesto. He explained everything to us and assured our property was marketed everywhere. He was easy to reach with text/phone and email. Paperwork was a breeze. Paperwork as a breeze we were able to sign most documents electronically with DocuSign. I would recommend Doug Larson to anyone who is going to buy or sell their home.

Doug Larson, helped sell our house in the summer of 2016. He did excellent work on marketing and was able to find a buyer quickly. We were looking for a home, pulled up in front of one we were interested in and called the number. You will never believe what happened?? He answered his phone!! This does not happen very much when you call a realtor. If you don't answer your phone YOU MAY MISS A SELL!! Doug was the most polite and respectful realtor we have ever worked with. He set up the showing for that afternoon and by the next day we were in escrow. Doug is so professional and prompt in handling your business. He is helpful in addressing all of your concerns and making sure both sides of the transaction are comfortable. If you are thinking about either selling or buying real estate we would highly recommend Doug Larson for the realtor you can count on. We think ( HOPE ) we have a friend for life.

This was far the best experience we had buying a new home. Dough worked around out work schedule to help shop homes. He was able to educate us and not find a home that was over priced. He knew our goal and we were able to come to final decision. We looked at lots of homes and although we were getting disappointed at times because the picture of the house did not present Doug was able to keep us together and continue to shop as new listing keep coming. I have to say he cared for us not about his sales. This is very uncommon. I operate the same way in my life so this was perfect match for use to do bussiness together and forever I would recomend him. Thank You

Doug and Curt were great. they went above and beyond to get our property sold and were able to get top dollar.
It was a great experience working with them and they were always available to return a phone call or respond to an email to answer questions within minutes or immediate response.
