Aaron was our realtor and helped us with our home buying. It was a rough market we were in and if it weren't for him and his team, I dont think we would have the beautiful home we have today. Aaron was/is truly exceptional! I met him at a mutual friend's 4th of July party years before I would know I needed him. By chance he was wearing his Lucky's Barbershop hat, an establishment my son had been going to. Immediately you can read his professional yet ease nature about him, and yes I left his business card. A year later, after feeling like I should give up on my house hunting, I reached out to him to see if he would take me on as a client. At this point I had not known much of his background, but had remembered his demeaner from our first meet'n'greet. Little did I know, I ended up with a Rock Star Agent! Everyone I talked to knew of him or had worked with him, and had wonderful things to say. Within the first week, it was a no-brainer that he was the right fit for us. He was ALWAYS available for home tours, and very responsive. As a single professional mother I had to be sure ends could be met, and that my son and I would reach our house buying goals. What stood out for me about Aaron was how he listened to me/his client. Selling your home and trying to buy another one is no laughing matter. Actually, it is EXTERMELY STRESSFUL. There was never a moment that Aaron was not right there to keep me focused on our goals, ensuring we stayed within my limits, and on some days to pick of the tearful pieces along my journey. There was no conversation that was too difficult. No direction he was not willing to go for his clients. At the end of the day, we got the house of our dreams and sold ours during the crazy interest rate roller coaster. And since moving day he has been right there with support and referrals to help us settle in. He may have been my agent for a short yet significant time in my life, but a friend now and always. No hesitation to refer him, his wife Laura, or his team to everyone!

Working with Aaron not only made the process of selling my house painless and enjoyable, but the process was also managed efficiently and in a timely manner. Aaron was more than helpful in providing recommendations of numerous companies to help fix the repairs that needed to be done in my home. This was more than beneficial, as it provided me options for the best contractors and allowed me to avoid the hassle of looking for one. Arron is a go getter, he follows thru and attack's issues head on. We were thrilled with selling in short order for way over asking price. The other thing with Aaron is you get two for one with him, his wife who is also a realtor is on the team and is a valuable asset to the sale process.

My wife and I listed our home in August 2021 with a local ReMax agent. He claimed to be the “neighborhood expert” and his billboards were everywhere right around us. Since we wanted to sell, we went with him. Ninety days later, our home had 1 failed offer, 1 person that retracted their offer, and a lot of nothing. After dropping our price another $10,000, my wife and I were sick of his lies, inability to advertise outside of our neighborhood, and general incompetence; we took our home off the market and cancelled the ReMax realtor.

Fast forward 6 months, we talked with several friends and did a lot of research. We decided to go with Aaron Ralls and his wife, Laura with Ralls Realty Group. Within 3 days of being on the market, we accepted an offer for $45,100 over asking price and $100,000 MORE than what the ReMax agent had initially listed our house! Yes….$100,000! We were overjoyed with Aaron’s ability to sell our home with ease.

Aaron went above and beyond protecting our family time. When we started getting inundated with calls to show our house, he immediately schedules open houses back to back. We told them what we wanted and I asked them to not let us just "settle" because we wanted a house so bad that we were trying to justify not getting things we really wanted. They didn't let us settle, we wanted a 4 bedroom and that's what we got. We're first time home buyers and they were very patient with us. I recommend them to everyone I know. When it's time to sell or buy again we will definitely be using them!! The Gaines family loves the Ralls'.

Aaron has been a good friend for over 25 years. So I can’t speak to his loyalty as a friend and his professionalism most recently as our Real Estate Agent. Our home sold in one day thanks to his help in marketing the house and his advice as to how best to get the house ready to sell. Aaron is knowledgeable and kept us in the loop during the entire process. He was quick to respond to our questions and we would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home. He is also working with us in purchasing our new home and we should be moving into the new house within the next couple weeks. The process for the new house has gone equally as well.
