When we decided to look for a home in 2009 we wern't sure on just what we were looking for or who could help us. With Kim's help of showing us many homes in different locations we were able to find our perfect home. Kim and Becky helped us through all the hoops involved with buying a home and made it easy. In 2015 we wanted to explore the possibility of upgrading to a little larger home. Again we contacted Kim with no hesitation because she and Becky did a great job the fist time. This time Becky showed us most of the homes. She also did an outstanding job. With their help we found our perfect home again. In fact they both did such a good job I recommended them to another couple and they too bought a home. If we ever decided to buy another home we would without question turn to Kim and Becky because we have so much trust in them.

Met Kim in 2009. We where looking for winter home and thought Mesa was the place to be. Kim drove us around for a morning then had lunch and to our surprise she said you guys don't want to live here. She set up appointment with agent in Surprise and we bought a house in Arizona Traditions in May of 2010 and are very happy here.

Theses two ladies have wonderful follow through, they are able to understand the individual's needs and help him or her to find the exact home, rental, or commercial item he or she is looking for. These young ladies called me back when I contacted their realtor ad on the internet. They both were very helpful in helping us locate property without being pushy. Believe me there were many phone calls. We were given names of insurance companies and to the bug terminators. We were clued in on all the companies that handle the sewer, gas, water and electricity always with a smile in their voices.
We were very happy with their dedication seeing to it that we were happy with all that had to be done to close the transaction.
