We enjoyed working with Mary. It was refreshing meeting and felt at ease talking to her of our fears and dreams in what we were looking for. She was honest, punctual, replied quickly and went beyond her duties to help us find our dream home. It was not easy trying to purchase a home in Las Vegas while we still live in Hawaii with the time difference and not being in the same city. I would highly recommend her to everyone, and will use her again for future investment properties.

I was recommended by a close friend about Mary and she without a doubt met every good comment made about her and my expectations. Mary is extremely professional, personable and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She thoroughly explains things to you with your best interest in mind. One thing that stands out is she will never pressure you to close a deal and allows you to take your time at your pace. I will be purchasing more Nevada property in the near future and as long as Mary is around, and willing to accept me as a client, she will be my agent going forward. I cannot say enough good things regarding Mary Kopp and how she handled the sale of my deceased sister's house in Henderson, NV. This was a complicated sale because before the final papers could be signed we had to go through probate to get the house in my name. Mary was so patient and guided me every step of the way. There was a lengthy waiting period between the time I accepted the offer on the house to when the final hearing was held and the house was transferred to my name. Mary kept me and the buyers in the loop from beginning to end. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and cares deeply about her clients. I highly recommend Mary as a top notch realtor. Thank you Mary for everything - you really are a rock star!!!

The wife and I recently purchased a home in a 55-plus community in Henderson NV. Not being familiar with the Las Vegas area we put our trust in her detailed and vast knowledge of the area. Based upon our requirements she selected and areas we should look at from homes. During the escrow process she was on-top of all activities and followed through to ensure no requirements were dropped. She is quick to respond to any and all questions in addition to any follow-up required that encompass after the closing of escrow.

We had been looking for a reasonable deal on a decent house for a few months. It was quite frustration that we were not able to get anything solid. However, our time was getting tight. So I called Jerry Abbott's line. Mary Kopp quickly responded to my message and we met shortly. Mary was very good in listening and understanding my goals. Within days, she geared us toward some meaningful progresses. Within a week or so, we were able to find a couple of targets to offer on. Quickly, we closed on a deal. Within about three weeks of our first meeting, we got the keys to the new house that we were very satisfied with.
Working with Mary, I was amazed at her work ethics and efficiencies. She was very sharp and quick in getting things done. We wouldn't have bought a house so quickly and smoothly without her help.

Mary Kopp did an incredible job for us. We started our home prospecting 30 months ago but due to unforeseen events we had to delay the physical on-site search. Mary kept in contact with us throughout our delay. When we were able to travel to Las Vegas, Mary was immediately available to help us. Mary was wonderful to work with. We relocated from the east coast and needed expertise regarding where we’d buy a home. Mary was a tour guide as well as our real estate representative. We never felt rushed. We never felt pressured. The model and location we wanted wasn’t available. All the lots were sold. We went back east to think about options. When a sale fell through Mary was on the phone to us and here we are. Just what we wanted. We would recommend Mary without hesitation or reservation. She is terrific!

Mary is very knowledgeable of the Las Vegas real estate market and easy to work with. My wife and I were looking for a home for my in-laws and she showed us homes around different neighborhoods. When we finally found a home we liked, she worked through the process and answered all of our questions.
