George did a fantastic job with a very difficult and complicated transaction that was drawn out by uncooperative sellers with representation (the seller's agent and attorneys) that bordered on sheer incompetence. George dealt with them in a professional manner, and this deal closed after nearly 6 months. We couldn't have made this deal work without him!
