I’m writing to share the great experiences that Roger Banning has provided for me and my family over the years.
I live in Pennsylvania (PA), approximately 2200 miles from Mesa, AZ. Within the first 36 hours of listing the property, we received 4 “full price” offers, and closed on the “all cash” offer within two weeks. Roger worked very hard to achieve that two week closing, following through on every detail. His knowledge and personal involvement allowed me to receive full market value, for a unit that I was seriously considered selling for far less.
