Jill did an amazing job assisting us buy our house . She is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and patient. Jill was there every step of the way. She responded immediately to my texts, emails, FaceTime and sent me videos of the properties when I was not there. It was a pleasure working with her. We have worked with this amazing person on several home sales and purchases and I highly recommend her. She's knowledgeable, professional, caring, ethical, honest and tenacious. On our last sale, my husband and I had to move out of state due to his illness. Jill went above and beyond even handling the house cleaning and carpet cleaning, and repairs that needed to be done after inspections. She communicated with us almost on a daily basis and kept us informed of every aspect of what was going on right up to the completion of the sale. 5*****.

Jill held several open houses and followed up with potential buyers to get their feedback. Jill is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate business. Jill was great at communicating with us and keeping our needs in mind. We never hesitated to ask her questions as we knew she would be transparent with us and give us the best answer. We couldn’t have gotten through the process of buying a house without her! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to purchase!

When we bought our house in January this year, it was my third amazing experience with Jill. Twice I was buying a house, once selling. Each time Jill has set the bar for service quality even higher. Time and again she has proven to be great communicator and negotiator. She knows the market and gives realistic advice. At all times we felt extremely well taken care off and very well informed. She knows how to navigate through buying/selling process and made it easy to us even when emotions were high. Together with my husband we are living now in our dream house and Jill made it possible!

With all the realtors that we could’ve chosen, we kept seeing Jill’s “for sale” signs in our neighborhood. Her reviews were impeccable and we knew that she had the expertise and knowledge to sell our Roseville home. She is a true professional and guided us through this whole, sometimes painful process. We had an amazing experience with Jill. Throughout our entire journey she was super attentive and super helpful.

We had very specific and difficult to find criteria for the home we were in search of. Jill was super patient and took our needs into consideration for the house listings she put together.

We viewed many homes and she was with us every step of the way. Jill also provided a ton of advice and helped us avoid homes we would've probably regret if we had pushed forward with them.

Even after the purchase of the home Jill has stayed in touch and is super thoughtful.

Jill is an amazing realtor and I recommend her to anyone with real estate needs, she's a 10/10.

Jill LaKomy was exemplary in handling our transaction, which arose from a difficult, contested divorce. Her diplomacy and professionalism are unmatchable and unsurpassable. From now on, if we ever need a realtor again Jill will be our first, second and third choice!!! The only downside is that ever since Jill handled our sale, we are dissatisfied with everyone else’s customer service!! Shame on you, Jill!!

Jill received multiple offers the first weekend and escrow was closed within 30 days of the original listing. We cannot praise her services enough. If you are selling a house and want a quick, trouble-free and maximally profitable transaction, choose Jill LaKomy!!!

Jill was the agent for the house I purchased seven years ago and was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. Not only she really cared about me and was always available to answer my questions but also extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times.

Jill is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you.
Jill helped me focus on aspects that would generate interest from buyers, which was a huge help. Once my home was on the market, everything was seamless, and my home sold in couple of days for full/above the asking price.

Jill was undoubtedly a wonderful partner in finding my new home. She was available for all of my anxious concerns, and was willing to provide her full honest opinion. There was no sense of a push at any time with Jill, and her honestly helped to ease my nerves and value her perspective when it came time for an offer on the right place. She was an over communicator, and this made for the process for both me and family to be an informed one. Purchasing a home is a very personal and large life decision, and I am so thankful that I had Jill to help guide me through this process. Jill was an AWESOME agent! She is very professional, polite, knowledgeable and has a really good understanding of the local market. She always answered her phone and replied to emails quickly. If there was a house we wanted to see; Jill moved fast on our behalf to get us in as houses were going fast. We are new to the area and she was able to find us a home that fit our needs and gave us tips on what restaurants to try and fun things to do. Are you a first time home buyer or seller? Maybe you've bought and sold a dozen homes, investment properties or had the difficult task of selling an estate of your parents. I've been involved in all of those transactions over the years. Nothing is easy. Emotion as well as your financial future are involved. It is imperative to find the bridge to a desirable outcome. That bridge is your realtor.

Since I've been involved in numerous real estate sales and purchases I've interacted with numerous real estate agents. Among the best I've worked with is Jill LaKomy. I was not emotionally ready to sell when we met 3 years ago. She knew that yet calmly, methodically created a portfolio of market values targeting my neighborhood along with past sales and projections. While she would check in every few months to see where I was in the process often updating her real estate market projections for my expanding binder she provided, Jill never once pushed or pressured me to make a hasty decision. I would call with questions and she would always answer, always be available.

When I decided to sell my home she handled every detail from well-designed flyers to the open house. It's unnerving to have strangers in your home but Jill made it as painless as possible. After the first open house we had an offer more than $40,000 above asking. There are always a few bumps along the way but Jill covered all the contingencies without pressure or coercion.

In the end you may realize you've made a poor decision in selling or moving away but that is your responsibility.

Think carefully. Never let anyone pressure you on either end but when you want a painless transaction with a realtor who is always available to take your call, answer your questions, resolve any issues or concerns, list your home reasonably and responsibly and is a consummate professional in her field, do call Jill. Compare others if you like but in the end you want to feel at peace. To the best of her ability Jill will give you just that.

From our 1st interaction on the phone with Jill, we thought she was great. After our 1st meeting with her, we hired her immediately! Jill is extremely personable, thorough, professional and she knows real estate! We trusted her and were surprised at the listing price she suggested. Her strategy worked & we got an offer the 2nd day it was on the market and $25K OVER our ask!

Jill did a great job selling our home, in spite of all the covid challenges. She was excellent at communicating and keeping us in the loop with what was happening and what our responsibilities were. We felt like we could call her anytime with questions or concerns. She contracted an awesome photographer that made our home shine online and in print. Jill was able to get the maximum market value for our home. We highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!
