I have been involved in the real estate industry throughout Southern California for over 30 years. I have experienced this wonderful industry through all of its ups and downs. I have worked on REO sales, Short Sales, Trust Sales, Conventional Sales and have helped with both Commercial and Residential Investment properties. I am currently with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California Properties ( formerly Prudential California Realty). I have a wealth of experience in the Southern California real estate market which, coupled with my extensive background in marketing, enhances my ability to attain maximum results for my clients.
Having been raised in a family of real estate investors, I bring to each transaction a lifetime of first-hand exposure to the business, including multi-party, and sometimes complex, negotiations and property inspections, giving me a solid foundation and unique understanding of the industry. I believe in keeping my clients well-informed so that they are confident about their investment decisions from beginning to close.

In my free time I enjoy tennis, swimming, yoga and dancing. My biggest fan and most popular family member is my Golden Retriever “Sully”. And, last but not least, if ever needed at our local homeless shelter or families in need during tough times, my hand will always be the first in the air.

Maureen was my realtor in purchase of my new home in La Mesa earlier this year. My situation was unique in that I had limited time to find a new home and move in as early as possible in the New Year.
Once I contacted Maureen, she became engaged immediately, even though it was during the busy Xmas-New Year holiday season. We set about viewing approximately thirty homes in the La Mesa, San Carlos, El Cajon and Alpine areas of San Diego in order to determine the current market value of the homes versus my price range. She helped me by preparing MLA listings and recommendations for viewing and making appointments with listing realtors/owners (sometimes on the same day as viewing other homes). Her holistic approach to the house search was fabulous, we were able to find two homes that I placed offers in just two short weeks.
With her trusted expertise, I was very comfortable throughout every step of the process. After the offer was accepted on my home (built in 1969) she walked me through the home inspections, termite reports and all the necessary paperwork to finalize the sale. She is very meticulous, paying careful attention to all the details in the contracts, ensuring that it follows correct process with your interests in hand. I can honestly say that having a thirty day escrow is fairly intense but I was very fortunate to have her by my side. Her attention to detail, advice and guidance was impeccable.

I was in a real quandary about moving to California, from FL, after I retired, couldn't seem to get good information. The idea of such a long distance move was overwhelming. Maureen made it happen with a great sense of calm and knowledge of how to make things happen. When I was tearing my hair out, wondering IF I'd find the right place, how to work with a Financial institution from so far away, laws that were specific to CA, that I had not experienced in Florida, Maureen had the answers. Maureen brokered a Mission Viejo property for my wife and me in 2014. It was not a perfect house and the market was slow. Maureen did an amazing job staging and marketing the property which resulted in a timely sale for a good price.
