Justin Allen – Visionary Real Estate Leader & Founder of eAgent®
Justin Allen is a Mississippi real estate broker, investor, and franchisor redefining the modern brokerage experience through technology, innovation, and leadership. Licensed since 2002, Justin’s passion for real estate began in 1996 with his first investment property, growing into hundreds of successful personal transactions across the Gulf Coast.
As President of the Wealth Builders of South Mississippi Real Estate Investors Association, he educated regional investors on short sales, deal structuring, and portfolio strategies. After a brief hiatus in 2009, Justin joined Adams Homes, one of the Southeast’s largest builders, before reopening Smart Design Properties, a brokerage focused on smart-home innovation and energy-efficient construction with Elliott Homes.
In 2016, Justin and his wife, Darlene Allen, launched a national franchise with a mission to create a more paperless, tech-driven real estate model. They also founded Blue Suede Media, producing professional photography, cinematic videos, and immersive 3D virtual tours for real estate marketing.
In 2017, Justin revived the MS Coast REIA, reestablishing investor education and networking along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Two years later, his vision evolved into eAgent®, The Evolution of Real Estate®—a franchise model that empowers agents with an open-source virtual platform and local office support.
After serving as Principal Broker of eAgent Realty Gulfport, Justin became CEO of eAgent corporate, guiding the brand’s franchise expansion and innovation. In 2020, he and Darlene opened eAgent Nexus in Ocean Springs, MS, where they now serve as Broker Associates under Principal Broker Yari Garcia.
Today, eAgent® has offices in Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Picayune, Vancleave, Pass Christian, and Brandon, Mississippi, with more locations expanding soon into other states. In 2023, Justin received the Inspirational Leadership Award.
