Gowthami and Lakshman are a power couple who work very hard to get the best deal for their clients.
They are very thorough with every step in the home buying/selling process and provide relevant points for you to make good decisions along the way. The process itself wasn't easy, but was glad we had them on our side for both buying and selling our homes. Their years of experience and knowledge was put to use under various situations and we were happy with the way they managed everything. Also note worthy, they were ready to help with the services we need to do after the home purchase as well as provided references for the remodeling when we were selling the home.

It’s been a pleasure working with them, they helped me to buy a home in Pleasanton and sell a home in Mountain House. They also helped my friends to buy multiple homes in Bay Area, everyone is satisfied with their efforts.

They are very thorough and clear in the process, prep work, buy/sell process, negotiation, closing. Mainly I was very happy about the house picks and best price I could get for both my homes was amazing, their negotiation skills are fantastic and very smooth handling of home buy/sale process with proper handling of COVID protocols.

We luckily met Gowthami while touring one of the open houses. It was apparent that she is very knowledgeable and we decided to use her services. She really helped us out at each and every instance of home buying - right from pros and cons of different areas in the city, to explaining differences in different construction materials. While submitting the offer, she gave various intelligent suggestions which helped us clinch the deal.
