Looking and purchasing a home is one of the biggest milestones in ones life and can be a difficult road to navigate, however, having Kamiar as a realtor made it such an incredibly manageable journey. Kamiar worked diligently to understand our needs and make sure we found a home we would feel comfortable purchasing. He was always available to look at properties, answer our questions, and provide insight into the real estate market. We're originally from Texas and did not have knowledge on the Northern California market, but Kamiar made sure to keep us informed on this ever-changing landscape. We always felt that Kamiar was on our side and working in our best interest to find us a place we could call home. When we finally decided to purchase our home, Kamiar walked us through the entire closing process and made sure everything was always taken care of in a timely manner. We meet Kamiar in end of December after we show advertisement for his recent sold property in the complex. On first meeting we notice that he is not the kind of agent that push you to commit or sign contract. After getting some info from him we decide to list our townhouse for sell with him but after remodeling what he recommend to get good offer and it paid off (received $70K over asking price). We are very happy that we decide to go with Kami for selling our house.
