NextHome as a whole has all the tools I need to efficiently run my business and they are constantly on the look out for what's around the corner. Whether it's preparing for a market shift or just new processes to save us time and money, NextHome is on top of it. Our local office is small which allows us to really connect and everyone is more than willing to help one another. I feel that I was given the training needed to hit the ground running as a new agent. I love working at NextHome Cape Fear because we have a great support staff, the office is always a great environment to be in. We motivate and support each other with ideas and sharing our own unique experiences. To top it off, our Director of Business Development and training is always catering to our specific requests and needs to help us grow in our profession and making sure the office is working for us and not against us. In many places, it feels like mandates are put in place that actually work against you and our office isn't like that. We have support that is unique to us and our input is always asked for in developing what we need to be successful.

What's not to love about NextHome Cape Fear? We have the best BIC by far... he always makes time to answer any questions I may have and help steer me in the right direction to solve all problems that arise.

Our marketing can not be touched... James Dwiggins (CEO of NextHome) has done an excellent job of making sure NextHomies are ahead of the curve!

Our team of agents are supportive of one another and have each other's backs at all times!

And lastly... we have a new Cheerleader that is making sure we have every tool we need to be successful and makes sure we have opportunities to spend time together and with our clients and customers at FUN events!

I've been with NextHome-Cape Fear for about 3 years now and really enjoy working here. The office environment is great, we are a tight knit group and are always willing to help one another out. The technology platform and other tools we utilize here at NextHome-Cape Fear are far superior to even our largest competitors. Another real bonus in being a member of the NextHome-Cape Fear team is having a broker in charge/owner that is not only one of the best in the business, but one that expresses a genuine interest in our individual successes and provides us with a lot of the things we need to conduct our business. I have been in this office for 10 years and as we recently came under the NextHome franchise, I have been very impressed with the systems and support NextHome has offered. I feel it was a change for the better. This has always been a close knit environment and I take great pleasure in the relationships in the office, both staff and fellow agents. I feel everyone works together to accomplish their individual and collective goals and the amount of training we get is terrific. Also, the open door policy we have with the Broker in Charge gives me the confidence that if something shows up on a transaction that is unique or foreign to me, I know I can easily get the answers to any questions I may have.

After interviewing over half a dozen companies I knew that NextHome Cape Fear was the best choice for me. The main factors that lead me to my decision was the high level of training offered and the mentorship available. Changing careers is a big decision and I knew I was going to need a strong support system. I was also comforted by the fact that during the interview there were questions directed towards me as far as my background and what I could offer the company. There were no other companies that I spoke to that even tried to qualify me. I feel like this alone tells you that NextHome Cape Fear wants you to be successful and is not just looking to add additional agents on board!
