Steven was recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law, they used Next Home in their home purchase in Manhattan and Steven was their agent. Steven, though the head of Next Home now, agreed to be our agent. For time line perspective--we had been looking at property/retirement homes in the Manhattan area for more than 3 years. The property we offerred literally 'dropped on us' on a sunday morning--by Sunday late afternoon we were in discussion with Steven to be our agent. On monday he was our buyer agent and moving out on a way ahead--and we were doing all this from our current home, 1000 miles away. Steven arranged a walk through with our daughter/son in law and I was traveling to view the property two days later. On thursday late afternoon we were informed via Steven from the seller agent that an offer was on the table and we had until 2100 that evening to get a formal offer in for consideration. Via telecon, email, and docusign-with Steven orchestrating every step-we had the offer in by 2000. On friday morning we were informed our offer was accepted! Through the inspection process, etc. Steven engaged for us with the seller, and with our mortgage company. Everything went as smoothly as we could hope for and we closed on 18 Sep 19 on our retirement home in the Flint Hills!! Steven has demonstrated that not just his efforts but his entire Next Home team is working for us on this process. We continue our relationship with Next Home and are very pleased. Highest recommendation for Steven and Next Home!!!

Steven did an outstanding job! We listed and sold our house with his agency. The original agent left his agency without notice and Steven took over from there. Once a potential buyer was found, he was there at every turn. There were just a few times when response time was delayed on a few items, but we understood that Steven was a busy person. Over all it was a almost seamless experience selling our house.

Steven was absolutely the right guy for the job! Steven was very kind, patient and understanding to the needs of my 80 year old mother-in-law as well as the entire family. Senior Real Estate takes a special person to be able to handle more than the normal aspects of selling a home but also manage the emotion and legacy part of it. Steven didn't miss a beat. We came down on PCS orders while I was deployed to Afghanistan. My wife now had the task of working a full time job, raising three children, and selling​ our house all by herself​. One of her teacher friends highly recommend Mr. Burch and his agency to her. She contacted Mr. Burch and within 2 business days he presented her a bound book with current market trends specific to our neighborhood and some others close by. He also presented a plan to sell the house and was able to show her the type of advertising that his firm could provide us, using social media as well as standard market websites. After 3 days on the market we had an offer on the house and were in contract. Mr. Burch was able to accommodate the fact I was outside the country by using a secure document signing service, know as DocuSign. I signed all the required documents, securely, from my phone in Afghanistan. He was also able to accommodate the fact we had to move the day of our closing date. All documents were prepared in advance and the day of closing went seamlessly. We have recommended him to 3 other families whose houses have also sold successfully​. I would continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a positive experience while selling a house.

He took time during the week/weekend to facilitate the wants for us to show individuals what we were about to purchase.
