Marie Willson is amazing, she came to the house with me on Saturday after we were able to finally able to get the occupant evicted; the house was a mess, infested with mice, and a horrific odor, trash everywhere, doors and windows broken, screens ripped apart where the dogs had tried to get out, holes in the yard where the dogs dug, sprinkler system ruined. She took this all-in stride, she knew who to call for tree trimming, mice abatement, gutters, flooring, (i had someone arranged for cleaning/removal of debris) etc. We left on Sunday - I live 400 miles away; Marie handled calling & scheduling consultations all while keeping me appraised daily of the progress. We had a bid (way low) on Monday (2 days later); debris removed by Tuesday and a valid bid with on offer by Wednesday!!! The shed and tree stumps were removed by Thursday! The title search started, that Friday; I sent documents on Tuesday the following week. I signed the closing paperwork on Friday 10 days after Marie started! She is through, thoughtful, very hard working and honest!!! Loved working with her. You would be lucky to have her on your team as well.

Marie helped me sell my house and find an amazing property that I love! She listened and learned exactly what I was looking for, and looked for months to find the perfect place. Once she found it, she managed to get the first showing for us and even wrote an offer on a Friday night so that we wouldn’t lose the opportunity to get it! I would recommend her to anyone! Best real estate experience I’ve had. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable and shares her contacts with her clients to help them fulfill their needs! She goes above and beyond for her clients!

The sale was time consuming, but Marie had a very positive perspective and kept us well informed about what was needed and kept the deal moving forward. Marie did an outstanding job helping me sell my house. I was not able to be in the area while all of this was happening and she literally took care of everything. She found people to repair things needed for the appraisal, took care of the lawn and was on top of anything needed to get the house sold in an expedient manner. Her efforts allowed me to get the price I was looking for with a minimal effort on my part. She was quick to answer any and all of my questions and always kept me up to date on what was happening throughout the process. Marie has my highest recommendations.
