December Green

Realtor® Intero Real Estate Cupertino CalBRE#01957468

December is a bay area native who was born and raised in the San Jose area. Growing up her parents worked hard and provided for the family but still did not have much so spent the earlier parts of childhood moving around a bit because they didn't have the ability to buy a home. Her passion for real estate and her reason for becoming an agent stems from that. she loves the idea of helping someone find a dream home where they can build a family. As a plus December lived in different areas of San Jose, and as a result she knows the various communities and neighborhoods well. Looking to list? December is meticulous about cleanliness and neatness when it comes to a home. What does this have to do with real estate? When it comes to selling your home, you can rest assured that your home will shine and be nothing less than perfect while it is on the market. December has spent the last several years in the real estate field prior to receiving a license. Previously she worked as a real estate assistant, showing assistant, marketing coordinator, listing coordinator and became a Certified Transaction Coordinator through the California Association of REALTORS®. When working with December it is as if you have an entire team of professionals guiding you through your transaction. Currently she is a member of the Santa Clara county Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR), California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). As a bay area veteran December currently lives in Cambrian Park with her husband, two step sons, and her three, four legged children Deliah and Gizmo who are cats, and her blue nose pitbull called Loki. She is a die-hard San Jose sharks fan and when not working you would find her hanging out at home with her family, at the beach, learning more about the world of real estate, and occasionally taking a nap. If she wasn't in real estate, she'd likely be rescuing animals somewhere.
