Melinda was the best Mortgage Manager that we have ever dealt with. She kept us constantly informed, the bad with the good, and hand led us through the entire process. Without Melinda, we probably would have aged a year dealing with the kind of challenges that we experienced. However it was like having your best friend make suggestions in your best interest and all you had to do was decide that you trusted them and did them. She is GREAT!!!

Just bought a home in San Antonio and Melinda Hipp's firm, Open Mortgage, was recommended by my wife's new employer.

Ever since the process started, Melinda stayed in close touch with us, constantly. Towards the end there was a big hiccup that wasn't well received. Melinda stayed with us and guided us through the ordeal very nicely and made us totally comfortable with the change.

If we ever have to sell and move again, I would use Melinda and her firm exclusively. Most that know me know that I don't give out compliments or recommendations easily or lightly.

If you and/or your family need financing, call her and get her advice and I know that she and her group will stay with you and give you all of the best advice on your needs. Honestly, they are the best!
