Kudos to Trusted Home Loans. They are true professionals. They answer questions clearly and in an understandable language. The team responds to calls, text and emails in a timely manner. I was limited to the lender I could use making matters difficult. The hardest part was dealing with all of the required documentation from the lender. Jamaica and Kaulana were there for me throughout the process, from ordering the appraisal, communicating directly with the underwriter and during the closing. They were genuinely interested in myself and my family. They engaged and were so friendly.

This is the second time we have worked with Jamaica and her team. The first time was in 2016 and again this year. We were in California for both of these transactions, but Jamaica made it so easy each time! She is efficient and goes out her way to insure that all of the paperwork is complete. In other purchases we have used online lending services, but working with her and her team is so much easier. We would definitely recommend Trusted Home Loans for all of your mortgage needs.

We recently purchased a property that was very complicated to finance and required a jumbo loan. None of the banks we were accustomed to using on the mainland could do the loan as the property was zoned agriculture. We were referred to Jamaica and she found us a great loan provider.
