Lisa facilitated our needs thoroughly and professionally and we are very satisfied with the results. Searching for a home and community from a distance was a challenge but we soon began to trust and rely on Lisa for her inputs regarding everything from neighborhoods to building structure and conditions. Being local for years and licensed in both North and South Carolina, she is a Brokerage Owner learned and current with all building codes in both states and applied that knowledge of structural and mechanical components during our home search. All questions and concerns were addressed and responded in a prompt manner and a respectful rapport was maintained with the sellers and their broker throughout the process. Utilizing video touring facilitated by Lisa and hearing her feedback regarding items of concern we were comfortable enough to make an offer without physically visiting the home. Lisa was our agent for a land purchase in SC to build our retirement home. We thought this might be a pain, since we live in NJ but it went real smooth with Lisa. We used all forms of communications during this time period. Some properties we saw in person with her and some she went to see herself and communicated back to us very well. Once we found the property we wanted, she was right on it. We were very happy with how smooth settlement went and we didn't even have to be there, especially during this pandemic! Lisa went above and beyond making sure the land and garage are secured till we can come down from NJ again. Highly recommend Lisa.
