Michelle did an excellent job of marketing our upscale house in a challenging rising interest rate environment. Professional online photos of our home were outstanding. We had moved out of state and Michelle went above and beyond to see that issues that arouse were taken care of in a prompt manner. She continued to work with prospective buyers beyond the listing term to sell our house. Her communications were very good. Communicate via text to receive quickest response.

In my opinion she the top realtor in Fayetteville and if you don’t choose her as your agent then you are missing out. We Asked Michelle to sell our house as is in Fayetteville. She gave an estimate of what we would get; the property was sold 13% higher than Michelle's estimate. She listed on Friday, showed it on Saturday and Sunday; Monday we had 5 offers that was higher than Michelle's estimate; the sale was completed 2 weeks after listing.

I cannot believe how amazing she is, she helped my family and sell our home in NC. I am stationed in Fort Hood, TX and did not have to set foot in NC.
